This was a freelance job that I did for a man who wanted to be able to show his investors what this old firehouse would look like once he turned it into a restaurant. It was interesting to model a hypothetical structure based on old photographs of the building, its current state of disrepair, and the new owner’s ideas. The investors must have liked what they saw, because he is currently working hard on renovating it.
